“Multi-Material Rocket Nozzle”
We have completed the production of a multi-material rocket nozzle.
☑️ Material: Nimonic75 (90%), IN718 (Outer) + Al-Bronze (Cooling Channel & Inner)
☑️ Size: Width - 420mm (Top) / 382mm (Bottom), Height - 552mm
☑️ Machine used: MX-1000 (SDM2400)
☑️ Production period : 200hr
It wasn't easy to print but completed without trial and error with the efforts of many staff and our stable technology.
