InssTek start the journey to IPO

- InssTek has decided to launch an IPO (Initial Public Offering) and confirmed Daishin Securities as underwriters for its IPO for KOSDAQ market.- InssTek started as DED(Directed Energy Deposition) type metal 3D printer company in 2001, reorganized the team and technology since 2018.- InssTek succeeded in internalizing the hardware, software, and material process technologies required for metal 3D printing technology. Especially powder feeding technology (CVM Powder Feeder) is the most competitiveness of company.- With accurate/stable hexa powder feeding system, InssTek leading the Multi Material Manufacturing that utilizes optimal materials for each area for one part for space and medical industry.- The company preparing to be listed on the KOSDAQ market in 2025.

Successful DNV certification by DED multi-material valves

InssTek has achieved successful DNV certification for multi-material valves. This is the first certification for DED composites!  'DNV' is a world-class ship-related audit and certification organization that defines the technical requirements for the ships and the offshore plant industry. They perform strict audits on products and parts used in the shipping and the offshore plant industry, and certifications are known worldwide. Through this, it was confirmed that external maintenance of composite valves through the welding process is possible in ships and the offshore plant industry.

 InssTek will be participating in the AMPM2021 conference on June 2021, hosted by Orlando, Florida. ▶Technical Sessions A22 : Alloy Design & Development 243 - NiCoMoTiAl High Entropy Alloying in DED/Additive Manufacturing Process: Investigation the Potential of CVM Powder Feeding System for Rapid Alloy Scanning (SeungJun An, Insstek, Inc.) High Entropy Alloys(HEAs) is attracting attention as a new material to be used in various industrial fields with its excellent physical properties that can adapt to extreme environments.Especially in aerospace and the energy industry, the requirementfor alloys maintainingproperties athigh temperature environments is increasing,and HEAs are being studied intensively to solve its. Each of the five elements comprising the alloy is manufactured from pure metal powders, with DED/AM technology in various combinations. This allowsthe rapid design of the proper portion of elements. DED 3D printing with the multi hopper & clogged vibration method is a technology optimized for high entropy alloy research because it can speed-scan an alloy with various compositions at once.The methods used in this experiment are expected to overcome the physical limitations of existing alloy design methods and present novel methodological paradigms of FGMs, MMCs, and HEAs studies.
