World's First Multi-Material Rocket Nozzle Firing Test
- We printed a "multi-material 3-ton rocket nozzle" with our research partner, Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI).
- The first firing test of the multi-material rocket nozzle was successfully conducted. Various tests for verification will be continued.
- We propose an advanced technology for aerospace parts, utilizing the characteristics of each material.
- This rocket nozzle consists of 2 different materials. The inside of the cooling channel is made with Al-Bronze(Cu-based Alloy), and the outside of the cooling channel is made with Inconel 625(Ni-based Alloy).
