body text

InssTek conducted DED material test for Inconel 939 powder.
IN939 is nickel based alloy that is in the spotlight in industries that require high mechanical performance such as Aerospace, Energy, and Maritime due to the following features.

Key Features of Inconel 939 (Ni-based alloy)
- High Temperature Resistance
- Corrosion and Oxidation Resistance
- Durability
- Weldability

In this test, we performed powder analysis, DED Process parameter optimization, and 3D Printing specimens analysis.
And we are planning to conduct parts manufacturing, mechanical testing, etc. using IN939.
We will continue to share our research and test results related to Inconel 939, so please stay tuned.

※ Inconel 939 powder used in this test was provided by our partner GODTECH (the first Korean company to produce Inconel 939 powder)
